SHOULD THERE BE PRIVACY IN A TRUE LOVE RELATIONSHIP?

It’s important to understand that there is a difference between “privacy” and “secrecy”. Every relationship should be built on trust and to achieve this, there is need to trust and trust comes by open communication from both partners. Without trust, there is no respect and without respect, there is no intimacy.

As long as two people have made up their minds to be committed to each other, love and care for one another, there should be room for privacy but not secrecy.

You might wonder: “how will one partner have privacy and not be secretive”?

Despite philanthropic efforts, Slim has been criticized for his wealth, as Mexico has a high poverty rate. It is thought that Telmex has monopolised the landline telecommunications market.

The burial of the literary icon Prof. Chinua Achebe, who died at the 82 year old in United States on March 21, 2013 was scheduled to take place on Thursday been May 23, 2013 in Ogidi a community in Anambra state, still sends no special feeling in the air.

This is a question that wanders through my mind more often; it keeps me pondering every moment I see people struggling with the ability to read and write words which they seem to use every day of their lives and understand little about. 

   

Sometime ago, I was opportune to see an Indian movie titled “Like Stars on Earth” the pain I saw in the heart of eight year old  Ishan; who couldn’t read nor write made tears run freely down my cheek. I wept till my head began to ache. The little boy was repeatedly beaten and humiliated by his father and teachers for not being able to read and write like his brother and peers. Due to negligence, they were unable to notice that all the letters he saw on papers and the blackboard were dancing right in front of him; he couldn’t explain what he was going through neither did his family and so-called teachers understood.
